I appreciated the friendly staff. Mr Ahmad provided a superb city view for me in room 3706. The breakfast had a variety of tasty food. The staff at reception and the valet were helpful.
I think the gym did have a slight musty odor.

The hotel is near a metro station. It provides easy access to transportation. I noted the burj khalifa is only two stops away, , made the city easy to discover.

The hotel had a pool. I saw the pool area had about 20 loungers, it provide ample space for relaxation. I thought the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and bikes.

The staff provides a helpful service. Nirmal Singh helped bring cases to the room. Analiza ensured we had everything we needed during cleaning. Mina Atef took prompt actions delivering seamless experince.
The refrigerator did not function correctly. We required assistance as my mother has medicine for diabetes. These items need refrigeration.

The hotel is in a prime location. The location has easy access to nearby attractions. Emirates Tower Metro station is right next door. This makes many places to visit accessible.

The location was acceptable. It made getting around the city reasonably convenient.
The service was frustrating. I had to ask multiple times for an extra pillow. the luggage delivery was delayed for over an hour, and i had to follow up in person, annoying. the room itself felt old and worn, like something from the 90s. The bathroom had mold in the shower.

the location is really convenient, it is right next to the metro station. walking to the museum of the future took only a short time. the view from the upper floors is very nice, both day and night, so i enjoyed that. the staff was helpful too.
I noticed the room looked somewhat worn. The furniture seemed old, and a chair had visible stains, this affected the overall impression of the space

The location was convenient. The proximity to public transportation made getting around the city easy. The Sky Premium Room was very spacious (I appreciated the extra space).
I experienced a bit of waiting during peak hours. Some areas looked a little dated. The furniture could use some refreshing, outdated furniture.
